As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, Dave Bona spent 14 years in the military including the first Gulf War and Cyprus. Later he would pull the wrong straws and got some pretty tough deployments; Somalia and Rwanda. Mr. Bona served with the North Saskatchewan Regiment, The Royal Canadian Regiment and the Canadian Airborne Regiment.
Mr. Bona feels that Mefloquine has caused Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and combined with his Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), his life has been full of challenges. Dave Bona Canadian Airborne Forces PTSD Mefloquine Trooper
I am an OSSIS volunteer, just learning about mefloquine. I assist and support the families of those with PTSD, but have only recently begun to understand the added curse of mefloquine and the legacy it, too, leaves. Thank you so much for your courage, and for your voice. God bless you, and know you will be in my prayers. There is too much hurt, too much damage in the world, and you have done so much to speak to that. God bless you. Biggest hugs.
DAVE BZ keep speaking the truth. Keep care of yourself and fight on. God Bless
Hi Dave
I am also a vet who took Mefloquine, and recently had my first seizure, while I was driving and crashed and totalled my vehicle, with no other medical reasons thu testing after 10 days in hospital, I was reading your story in the paper, and was curious if there are any resources I could look at to see if that may lead to more information regarding the Mefloquine issues
Look forward to hearing back from you
